After three incredible Fire & Ice events, the next one will be a party! With the same invigorating hot and cold therapy, sauna master magic, and delicious eats and treats - plus more music, more dancing, and more party spirit. 

This time we get the party started with heart opening cacao around the fire, toasting love, gratitude and all the happy feels. Affirmations, intentions, celebrations, it's a fire ceremony of joy!

Three saunas, three ice-baths, three sauna masters, await you, inviting you on a thermal journey to transcendental bliss! 

With one large sauna with epic sea views plus two firey-hot horsebox saunas, and a variety of ice-cold dipping spots, this free-flowing event will serve up plenty opportunity for some extreme contrast bathing! Our team of whisk-weilding guides will work up a heatwave in the sauna, taking you to the edge before you hop into the ice, and then float off on a cloud of bliss once back on dry land!

Expect a range of tasty plant-based bites and appetizers brought to you by @theveganexperience, plus mood-boosting drinks, nutritious sweet treats and a whole lot of fun and dancing.
