Join us this Winter Solstice for an exciting evening of fire and ice, led by a team of skilled Sauna Masters, here to guide you on a therapuetic sauna and ice-bath experience.
With an opening Fire Ceremony and hot mocktails on arrival, we will embark on an introspective journey of body and mind using the powers of heat and cold therapies.
With three wood-fire horsebox saunas, two ice-baths, and a team of whisk-weilding guides, we will support you on a meditative and invigorating journey, designed to stimulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and boost well-being!
Expect be a range of exciting refreshments, mood boosters, and sweet treats as we commemorate the longest, darkest night of the year!
