Our opening fire ceremony, set to the soundtrack of the Sea, under a starry sky is a beautiful way to begin the evening. With a focus on love and gratitude we will honour our divine connections, celebrating our special bonds and make a wish together for the future, whilst we sip ceremonial grade cacao - the heart-opener we all know and love! 

You and your buddy will then embark on a thermal journey, gradually building the heat and intensity in the body, as you move through three different wood-fire saunas. Beginning first with a round of aromatherapy; then moving on to a round of group leaf whisking using blessed Birch - a sacred tree thought to have protective influnces; and finally lying down to receive a full body thermal massage, taking you to your edges with the heat, preparing you for your plunge into the ice! This technique can take you to altered states of mind, taking you out of body, floating in space - or as my teacher describes "bring on a near death experience!"

Expect a team of sauna masters and sauna hosts to guide and take care of you, and a range of refreshments, mood boosters, and sweet treats throughout the evening.
