Join me for the Summer Solstice, to gather on the beach, to ground and breath deeply, to move and stretch our bodies, and to wade into the water together! We will be celebrating all the light coming in! We will be celebrating new beginnings! We will be celebrating ourselves and how far we've come!

About the event
Inferno Wellness Warriors you are invited to gather for the Summer Solstice on Brighotn beach to celebrate your greatness!
We will gather as we love to do - around the campfire - to connect and ground ourselves, to breath deeply, immersed in nature on our beautiful Brighton shore! We will move and stretch our bodies with some beach yoga, smile and dance to exuberant, joyful music, and wade together into the sea for that skin-tingling cold water fix!
Expect more movement and dancing to warm up - as well as fruit, snacks, tea and treats!
It's all free - the exact location is yet to be confirmed - but will likely be East Brighton side, just down behind Jungle Rumble, Madeira Drive.
Please bring your own yoga mat and feel free to bring fruits or sweet treats to share!
It would be my pleasure and honour to host you all - after such a hugely successful crowdfunder campaign and all the excitment that lies ahead - let's keep the energy and momentum high and gather for some Inferno magic!
